Cabin,Ranch, Single Family - Big Sky, MT
Sited along a clear mountain stream and a grassy alpine meadow, the building compound consists of three log homes, a manager's cabin and a host of support improvements including an off-grid power plant. There are fenced pastures, a barn and miles of trails, many extending into some of the most beautiful and wild back-country in the nation.
Over the years the owners have developed a series of horseback and hiking trails on the property as well as trail rides into the surrounding public land. 29 different trail rides have been established over the years.
The property is protected by a conservation easement, but thirty acres are excluded from the easement.
